Abstract

1394226 Flexible containers; skips FALSE CREEK INDUSTRIES Ltd 2 Oct 1972 [18 Oct 1971] 48450/71 Headings B8K B8D and B8H A container for material in particulate form and which may be made of a woven polyester material coated with P.V.C. has its lower end closed by a bottom section secured by a latch and pin 79 to a side wall, the container top being folded down and secured by resilient straps 53. The bottom section 25 is formed by an extension of the body folded across the bottom of the container, the securing pin 79 being released by a cord 102. Strips 35 reinforce the container and have loops 37 at their upper ends by which the container can be suspended. In a modification (Figs. 11, 12, not shown) the container top has a sleeve that surrounds a filling tube and an air vent tube is provided.
