Abstract

1382896 Cups PROCTER & GAMBLE CO 22 Nov 1972 [22 Nov 1971] 53888/72 Heading A4A [Also in Divisions B1 and B8] A drinking vessel 22 or 31 for preparing a carbonated drink has molecular sieve material with adsorbed carbon dioxide (see Division B 1) provided as an adherent layer on the inner surfaces of the vessel 22 or as an adherent moulded tablet 30 on the base of the vessel 31. The molecular sieve material (possibly with suitable additives for preparing the drink) may be held on the vessel by any inert insoluble adhesive, or if the vessel is of plastics by heat softening the material of the vessel to act as the adhesive.
