137,900. Wineberg, A. H. Jan. 17, 1919. Tool-holders.-A lathe tool-holdor has a bifurcated end a<1> to receive a tool-box b carrying the tool c. The upper bifurcation and the upper face of the tool-box are provided with holes h, g respectively adapted to be engaged by projections f on the base of a positioning-plate e secured in position by a screw k and spring l. The tool-box may rock about the front pin f to be secured in any of five positions by the pins and holes.
