Abstract

1364230 Packaging cans W & W WEIDMANN & WEIG GmbH & CO 2 April 1973 [17 May 1972] 15642/73 Heading B8C A device for holding a plurality of cans 3 comprises two plate like members 1, 2 of resilient material having a rectangular base area and provided at regular intervals with receptacles 4 into which the ends of the cams are resiliently engageable, the receptacles 4 consisting of rings 5 of angular cross-section provided with lugs 6 which grip behind rims of the cams adjacent a corner and one lug of members 1, 2 being associated with a corner tab 8 of the members 1, 2. The receptacles 4 are interconnected by webs 7 and 9. A carrying handle 10 may be provided and the members 1, 2 may be injection moulded.
