1360812 Mixtures of diglycidyl ethers and esters REICHHOLD-ALBERT-CHEMIE AG 3 June 1971 [9 June 1970] 50617/73 Divided out of 1360811 Heading C2C [Also in Division C3] The crystallization of a diglycidyl ether of 4,4<SP>1</SP>-dihydroxydiphenyl-propane-(2,2) having an epoxide equivalent of 170-270 is retarded by adding thereto in an amount of 3-20% by weight of the diglycidyl ether, of a diglycidyl ester of general Formula I wherein Z is X or Y; X denotes the radical -(R 1 .C.R 2 ) n - wherein R 1 and R 2 each denote H, or a C 1-12 alkyl or alkenyl group, and n is an integer of 1-10, and Y denotes one of the divalent radicals, Moulded articles may be produced by curing a non-crystallized mixture with a curing agent.
