Abstract

1356498 Watches DAINI SEIKOSHA KK 9 May 1972 [27 May 1971] 21538/72 Heading G3T In a watch case having a body 1 which is closed by a glass 2 and back 6, the body has an internal groove 1b in which a peripheral projection 3a on a movement mounting ring 3 is located, the ring 3 being engaged by the back 6 and a resilient sealing gasket 7 being provided in the space bounded by the body, ring, and back. The glass 2 is bonded to the body 1 with adhesive in a recess formed by a flange 1a on the body. A watch movement 5 is held by the ring 3 with its dial 4 against the underside of the flange.
