Abstract

1353430 Copper-based alloy GOSUDARSTVENNY NAUCHNO-ISSLEDOVATELSKY I PROEKTNY INSTITUT SPLAVOV I OBRABOTKI TSVETNYKH METALLOV 17 July 1972 [20 July 1971] 33268/72 Heading C7A A copper-based alloy containing 0À05-0À6% Cr, 0À1-0À25%Sn, 0À03-0À15%Ti and 0À03-0À4%Zr and the balance, apart from impurities, being copper is used in the manufacture of electric current conductors. The alloys are prepared by heating the cast alloy to 900-1050‹ C, quenching the alloy in water, forming wire by cold deformation and then annealing the alloy at 350- 550‹ C for 1-5 hours.
