Abstract

1352896 Mixers R SUSEMIHL 18 Nov 1971 [4 Dec 1970 (5)] 53659/71 Heading B1C A collapsible mixer, e.g. for concrete comprises a drum formed in two parts 1, 2 and rotatable on a yoke 5 by means of a motor 20, acting through a pinion 16 cooperating with a gear ring 17 stamped onto a rim of the part 2, the yoke 5 being pivotable on a frame 8-10. and the components of the mixer being of relative sizes chosen to facilitate packing when dismantled. The frame includes a leg 9, and a generally triangular profile leg 10 for supporting a pair of wheels 14; the yoke 5 is tilted by means of a lever 15, and a mixing rake 72 is attached to the parts 1, 2. The drum is suping a pair of wheels 14; the yoke 5 is tilted a pair of roller bearings (31), Fig. 3 (not shown).
