Abstract

1350843 Tractor power-lift linkages DAVID BROWN TRACTORS Ltd 27 Oct 1972 [2 Nov 1971] 50874/71 Heading A1P [Also in Division Fl] In a hydraulic circuit comprising a mechanism 11 supplied by a pump 10 and an oil cooler 15 arranged in parallel, a valve 16 permits oil to flow through the cooler at a controlled rate when the oil supplied to the mechanism is at a pressure below a predetermined value and prevents this when the pressure reaches that value. When the pressure rises a slide 18 is moved against a spring 19 so that a head 23 closes the oil passage and prevents oil passing through holes 21 and a bore 22. As described the mechanism 11 is a power lift for a tractor.
