Abstract

1350690 Scissors RUSSELL (SHEARS) Ltd 6 Dec 1972 [22 Dec 1971] 59823/71 Heading B4B A pair of scissors comprises one blade having a serrated edge, the serrations being between 0À5 mm. and 1À00 mm. pitch and a second blade having a plain knife edge which in cross-section has an included angle of between 25 degrees and 35 degrees. The tops of the serrations are rounded in order to prevent "snagging" of the material, e.g. nylon.
