1350101 Lubricating valve gear FORD MOTOR CO Ltd 18 Nov 1971 [31 Dec 1970] 53537/71 Heading F1B In an I.C. engine, a valve (18) Fig.1 (not shown) and a push rod 24 reciprocably mounted in the cylinder head engage ends of a rocker arm 26 pivotally mounted on a fulcrum 52, passages 44 and 46 being provided in the push rod and rocker arm to supply lubricant to the bearing surfaces 50, 54 between fulcrum and rocker arm, means 80 to deflect lubricant to the bearing surfaces, being fixed to the fulcrum and having a tab 96 with a free end.
