Folding seats.-In a folding seat for motorcars, of the type in which the back is moved into approximately vertical alinement with the seat when this is tilted up, the seat a and back c are connected by pivoted links d. The back c is connected with the platform b by the link e, a compressed spring f assisting in the tilting of the seat, and a buffer spring g<-> being provided. The whole seat may be adjusted horizontally by mounting it upon a slidable platform b which may be locked in adjusted position by the rods h engaging holes h<2>.
