Abstract
1333362 Decaffeinated black tea HAG AG 2 June 1972 [3 June 1971] 25939/72 Heading A2B Aroma substances are extracted from leaf tea in a first step by a dry supercritical gas, the caffeine is extracted therefrom by a wet supercritical gas in a second step, and either the tea from the second step is dried and the aroma substances restored thereto or the tea is extracted with water and the extract combined with the aroma substances.
