Abstract

1332113 Rotary container mixers CASCO MIXING MACHINES Ltd 6 Oct 1970 [16 Oct 1969] 50971/69 Heading B1C A mixer for powders, liquids and pastes has a demountable container 20 rotated by a shaft 17 carrying an eccentric cam 23 against which bears one end of an arm 24, the other carrying a column 28, 29 which supports a horizontal arm 30 from which a stirrer 34 depends into the container; the stirrer performs an arcuate swinging motion about the axis of the column. It may be vertically and horizontally adjustable by means of the telescopic column 28, 29 and the slider 31 so that it scrapes the container side at the end of its travel while its tip scrapes the bottom.
