Abstract

1328330 Packages CHEMIEFAC GmbH 10 Aug 1972 [10 Aug 1971] 37340/72 Heading B8C An elongated sealing member 2 of foamed plastics material impregnated to provide a delayed elastic recovery is packaged by wrapping the compressed member in a non-adhering sheath 3 and inserting member and sheath into a tubular member. Sheath 3 may comprise silicone paper and may be formed with an extension 4 suitably folded to provide a handle. The retaining tube may comprise two rigid panels 6 wrapped in paper 7 glued at 8, on a plastics film welded to itself. Again a rigid plastics tubular member may be used containing one or two sheathed members 2. A multiple compartmented plastics tube is mentioned.
