1323818 Transistor logic circuits SIEMENS AG 24 May 1971 [26 May 1970] 16656/71 Heading H3T A diode, such as a diode-connected transistor T6, compensates for temperature induced variations in output emitter followers T4, T5, to whose emitter-base voltage characteristics the diode is matched, and to which the outputs of an emitter-coupled pair T2, T3 are connected. The diode-connected T6 is connected from the junction of collector resistors RC2, RC3 and a common resistor Rd, to a reference voltage Vp which may be earth, and to which T3 base is also connected through R1. T2 and a parallel transistor T1 receive inputs B, A upon which AND, OR or NOR functions are performed.
