Abstract
1319802 Valves CESSNA AIRCRAFT CO 1 Sept 1970 [25 Nov 1969] 41755/70 Heading F2V A relief valve comprises a valve member 23, seat 22, inlet 11 and exhaust 12, the valve member being urged on to its seat by a first undamped spring 29 and a second damped spring 30. A pin 31 acts as a flow director to a dashpot formed by a chamber 28, a flange 32 of the pin, and the directed controlled fluid. Shims 36 may be positioned in the valve cartridge 15 to alter the initial loading of the springs.
