Abstract
1315228 Coating super alloys by pack diffusion UNITED AIRCRAFT CORP 19 Oct 1971 [29 Dec 1970] 48557/71 Heading C7F A Ni or Co base superalloy is coated in a pack diffusion process using a mixture of cobalt aluminide containing 40 to 60 Co and balance Al, an inert filler, e.g. aluminium oxide, and ammonium fluoride, and heating at 871 to 1204C.
