1313193 Cementitious compositions FRANCE EQUIPMENT MINISTRY OF 9 Dec 1970 [12 Dec 1969] 58394/70 Addition to 1207023 Heading C1H In the preparation of water-cement slurries containing a viscous binder comprising athermohardenable resin and a setting agent therefor, the resin or setting agent is adsorbed on a solid support of particle size greater than 80 microns and the support is then crushed to below 80 microns prior to incorporation in the slurry. Portland cement clinker having grains of above 2 mm. is coated with an amidoamine or aliphatic polyamine setting agent, crushed in a ball mill and then mixed with an epoxy resin prior to incorporation in a cement-water mixture to be used as an injectable slurry for concrete cables. The amount of binder is suitably 6% based on the solid support or 0À8% based upon the granular substances in the slurry. A mortar used as a 1 cm. layer on highway surfaces is made from corundum or silicon carbide particles Portland cement, water and resin.
