Abstract

1312661 Electro-photographic processes CANON K K 28 April 1970 [28 April 1969] 20465/70 Heading G2H A member 1 having a photo-conductive layer and an insulating surface layer is charged with a first polarity and uniformly exposed to light at A; is charged with the opposite polarity (or A.C.) and imagewise exposed to an original at 9; and is uniformly exposed again at B; lamps 6 providing the light both for imagewise and uniform exposure by using apertured reflectors 7 1 . Figs.3 and 7, (not shown), depict alternative arrangements of lamps and reflectors for this purpose.
