Abstract

1304544 Urine collection adaptor STILLEWERNER AB 9 March 1970 [24 Feb 1970] 11128/70 Heading A5R A device adapted to be fitted to a penis comprises a generally cylindrical, elastic sleeve 10 open at both ends and having a constriction 11, and a flexible ring 12, the end portion containing the constriction 11 being adapted to be rolled into a convolution around the ring 12. A tapering portion 13-14 is provided at the other end part for fitting to a hose fitted to a container, not shown, the walls of this portion being thicker than those at the other parts of the sleeve. In use, the sleeve portion 11 is rolled around the ring 12 thereby expanding the internal diameter to that of the outside diameter of the ring and the penis is inserted after which the walls are unrolled and the sleeve 10 is held in place by the constriction 11. In a modification, Fig. 2 (not shown), the ring (12) is placed within the sleeve (10') and the constriction (11') is in the form of a frusto-conical end portion of the sleeve.
