1294726 Wallets R G ORNUNG 24 Feb 1970 [24 Feb 1969] 8750/70 Heading A4G [Also in Division B6] A file for documents etc comprises pockets 1 of flexible e.g. transparent plastics material joined at one edge together with a cover piece 15 so that the cover piece can be folded around the pockets as shown in Fig. 4. As shown the pockets and cover are connected by rivets 7, but a wire spiral or rings may be used. Each pocket 1 consists of two sheets joined along two or more edges. In Fig.1 each pocket has an extension 9 with a cutout 10 permitting the pockets to be folded back around the connected edge to expose a required pocket, but with a wire spiral or ring connection this extension is not required. A snap fastener 17, 18 holds the cover folded. A back pocket 12 can be provided with a folding flap 13 at one or more edges, a cut-out 14 in the flap 13 facilitating folding. Along the edge 2 holes 11 may be provided whereby the complete file can be inserted in a book type file. The file may be folded into closed condition about an axis parpendicular to the joined edges of the pockets the joining rivets or rings having considerable play in their holes.
