1285376 Dress form A E ARTHUR Ltd 8 Oct 1970 [10 Oct 1969] 49905/69 Heading G5G A dress form is provided with a hemline gauge comprising a pair of elements 7, 8 mounted on a slider 6 which is slidable on a lever 5 pivotally attached to a collar 3 which is supported on a friction boss 4 movable on the pedestal 1 of the dress form. Element 8 is fixed to the slider 6 and element 7 is pivoted on the slider 6 to enable it to be moved towards the element 8 so that the ends 8a, 7a can clamp the folded lower edge of a dress, slots being provided in the ends 8a, 7a to allow a pin to be inserted in the clamped portion of the dress.
