Abstract

1,262,037. Ovens. BURGER EISENWERKE A.G. 29 Oct., 1970 [11 April, 1970], No. 51557/70. Heading A2A. An apparatus for the thermal processing of foodstuffs comprises a muffle 4 in housing 1, a blower 3 in the rear wall 2 of housing 1 and telescopically interengaging and mutually displaceable angle rings 5, 6 surrounding the blower 3, ring 5 being secured to muffle 4 and ring 6 to housing 1. Between rings 5, 6 is a ring or strip of asbestos. The blower 3 is provided with an air baffle ring 9 which serves as a guide for the blower during assembly of the apparatus.
