Abstract

1,242,926. Warming oven. M. STOTER. 20 May, 1970 [24 Feb., 1969], No. 9812/69. Heading F4W. A warming unit adapted to be heated by the exhaust gases from a cooling chamber comprises a box like container 1 having shelves 16, a rear wall 3 terminating below the top to leave an exhaust outlet 5, and is open at the front and bottom. Brackets 7 extending between the side walls have central parts of box section in which slide extension rods joined at their ends by cross-pieces 10. Brackets 12 pivoted to the cross-pieces have fixing holes for attachment to a grill chamber. The shelves 16 are formed by rods resting on brackets on the side walls, and a drip tray 19 below the bottom shelf leaves a space 20 at the back to serve a gas inlet. The upper and rear walls of the container may be formed of overlapping sheets to allow the container to be adjusted in size and it may have a hinged or sliding door. It may be closed at the base, an opening in the rear wall allowing entry of waste gases.
