A composition suitable for administration to poultry contains as active ingredients a mixture of (1) 4-sulphanilamido-2,6-dimethoxypyrimidine or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, (II) 2,4-diamino-5-(3,4-dimethoxybenzyl)-pyrimidine or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof and (III) 2,4-diamino-5-(4- chlorophenyl)-6-ethyl-pyrimidine or a physiologically acceptable salt thereof. The composition may have a diluent or carrier present and may be in the form of a concentrate or an animal feed.
