Abstract

122,293. Coldwell, J. Feb. 14, 1918. Reversible handles; screwed sockets and tangs. -The handle of a hand-brush is secured on either end of the stock by a screw stud having a woodscrew thread along its entire length, and screwed into the handle and brush end so that they abut together, as shown. Locking-devices are provided. As shown, the screw stud c is secured in the handle 6 by a cross-pin g engaging a flat on the stud, and a small hole d is formed in each end of the stock a. A screw pin f locks the handle when screwed on.
