Abstract

1,221,809. Electric clocks. SIEMENS A. G. April 19, 1968 [April 19, 1967], No. 18384/68. Heading G3T. [Also in Division H3] A control circuit for a mechanical oscillator such as a clock pendulum or balance comprises a drive coil S from which control signals generated by a magnet system are passed to a transistor T1 controlling a transistor T2 from which drive signals are passed to the coil S, the transistors T 1 , T 2 being complementary and arranged in a multivibrator circuit having a capacitor C1 and resistors R 1 to R 7 , arranged as shown, the resistors R 5 and R 7 being optional.
