[Also in Division B6] A wafer comprises a paper carrier 19 coated on both sides with pressure sensitive adhesive 18, 20, the paper carrier being such that it will internally separate when two sheets of paper 17 and 21, joined face to face by the wafer, are separated. The wafer may be supplied as a tape in roll form, interleaved with a paper (5 Fig. 1) coated on either side with release coatings (4 and 6), or alternatively interleaved with an embossed plastic film or paper (16, Fig. 3). The removable paper may be greater in width than the width of the paper carrier 19 to facilitate removal by peeling.
