Abstract

1,192,318. Projection printing apparatus. K. SCHUMACHER and E. SCHUMACHER [trading as KLIMSCH & CO.]. Nov. 5, 1968 [Nov. 7, 1967], No. 52459/68. Heading G2A. The lamp support in a horizontal process camera comprises an inverted L shaped frame 12, 12<SP>1</SP> the vertical limb of which is rigidly secured to a block 13 and the horizontal limb of which carries a pivotable support arm 8 which in turn supports lamps 5a, 5b on a post 6 slidable along the arm 8. This arrangement is provided to illuminate the side of the copyholder 18 at which a camera operator works, and thereby allows of access to the copyholder without lamp support structure having to be first moved. A second support arm 15 is pivoted to the vertical limb 12<SP>1</SP> and carries lamps 17a, 17b which illuminate the other side of the copyholder 18. As shown, the block 13 is secured to the movable carriage 2 on which the copyholder 18 is mounted. The block 13 may alternatively be secured to, or form part of, a separate movable carriage.
