1,182,625. Door fastenings. EASTERN CO. 3 May, 1967, No. 46456/68. Divided out of 1,182,624. Heading E2A. The apparatus is identical with that shown in Figs. 1 and 2 of the parent case. The claims relate to the bearing members (14, 15) for the rotatable rods (11, 12) being mounted adjacent respective door edges and at least one of the bearing members extending beyond the respective door edge, the overlapping portion being adapted to bear against the door frame, either directly or through a sealing gasket, when the door is closed to limit such closing movement.
