Abstract
1,176,720. Abrasive grain. DYNAMIT NOBEL A.G. 1 Dec., 1967 [6 Dec., 1966], No. 54798/67. Heading C4V. A method of increasing the grain toughness of a zirconium oxide-aluminium oxide abrasive grain comprises heating the grain at a temperature which is not high enough to melt or to agglomerate the grain. The heating may be at from 900‹ to 1300‹ C.
