Abstract
1,161,473. Hoppers. INDUSTRIE-BAU NORD G.m.b.H. & CO., K.G. 21 July, 1966 [22 July, 1965; 30 June, 1966], No. 32717/66. Heading B8S. Figs. 2, 3 show an outlet device 2 for a bunker 1 for discrete material which comprises inclined walls 3, 4, 5, 6, each wall lying at right angles to the previous and subsequent wall and overlapping the bottom edge of the previous wall. Each wall leads to a triangular opening 7 through which material may flow into a space below the subsequent wall. The space below the walls 3 to 6 is divided into channels in which inclined outlet faces 8, 9, 10, 11 leading to a common central outlet opening 12 are arranged. In the embodiment shown in Figs. 6, 7 a funnel 22 replaces the outlet faces 8 to 11, fillers 24 being provided in a bunker of square cross-section, the outlet being 12a. Other cross-sections may be used, e.g. Fig. 12 shows a device triangular in cross-section.
