1,159,611. Supporting surface panelling. CAPE UNIVERSAL BUILDING PRODUCTS Ltd. 3 July, 1967 [5 July, 1966], No. 30227/66, Headings E1W and E2B. Channels 2a, 2b formed in a surface of a pane] or board 1 are each bridged by retaining means such as .staples 4 which engage returned end portions formed on a U-shaped clip 3 engaged in pairs of the channels, the clip serving to engage behind the flange 5 of a support member for example in a suspended ceiling to support the panel therefrom. A fillet 10 may be interposed between the flange 5 and the board 1.
