Abstract

1,158,794. Vehicle window ventilators. L. M. PAYLOR. 24 Nov., 1967 [13 Sept., 1967], No. 41713/67. Heading F4V. A ventilating device for use with vehicle windows comprises a frame 11 shaped to fit the top of a window opening, a lower member 12 shaped to engage the upper edge of the window glass and a number of non-movable metal louvres 14 spot-welded to intermediate bars 13. The device can be coated with a plastics material or with a stove material or chromium plating. In another embodiment (Figs. 3, 4, not shown) the device takes the form of a rectangular plastics moulded plate with integrally moulded louvres.
