Abstract

1,150,883. Lamps. B. WHITEHEAD. 25 Aug., 1966 [13 Aug., 1965], No. 34666/65. Heading F4R. [Also in Division F1] A road or kerb marking comprises a translucent tube 20 supported parallel to the kerb or like. The tube may be white polythene and be provided with lamps 28 at the ends for internal illumination. In one embodiment the tube is split longitudinally and clips over a flanged flat strip support 22, 23. The reflector 29 may have a flange 30 engaging the outside of the tube and itself supported by an opaque moulding which supports the tube and lamp assembly.
