Abstract
114,498. Bruce, R. A. April 19, 1917. Mountings for use on aircraft.-Relates to aeroplanes in which a gun is mounted on a ring 4 rotating on a fixed ball race 2, and consists in suspending the gunner's seat 9 directly from the ring 4 by tubes 5, 7 and ties 10, 12. The seat is hinged to the cross-tube 7 so that it may be folded up.
