Abstract

1,141,172. Containers. DYNAMIT NOBEL A.G. 24 March, 1966 [24 March, 1965], No. 13159/66. Heading B8P. A container 1 is provided with at least one outwardly opening rectilinear groove 3 widening towards the interior of the container and extending the full length of the container, the arrangement being such that in use the container can be releasably connected to a similar container by threading a connecting rail through the groove of each container. As shown in Fig. 2, the groove 3 is formed in a portion 2 which projects inwardly and may be utilized to support the contents of the container. As shown in Fig. 7, the container is formed of four separate parts 11 the edges 12 of which are bent over and the parts 11 are provided with members 13 which enable the parts 11 to be clamped together by a U-section rail 14.
