Abstract

1,133,966. Drawers. A. ARENSON Ltd. 11 Aug., 1967 [16 May, 1966], No. 21702/66. Headings A4B and A4H. A drawer which is nestable within a similar drawer is formed as a unitary, plastics moulding comprising a base 2, divergent sides 3, 4, a vertical front wall (6) and an inclined rear wall 5, the sides 3, 4 having longitudinal ribs 10 which rest on the upper edges of the side walls 3, 4 of a lower drawer in the nested condition. In use, drawer guides engage either beneath the ribs 10 or between the ribs 10 and the enlarged rims 15 at the upper edges of the sides 3, 4. The base 2 is upwardly arched and reinforced by ribs 7, 8. Opposed pairs of ribs 17 serve to locate partitions within the drawer.
