Abstract

113,173. O'Donnell, J. P., (Bonner, T. W.). March 22, 1917. Valves and cocks for.-A valve fitting for use with force-feed lubrication of cylinders and valve chests of locomotive and other engines comprises a casing containing two spring-pressed check valves 15, 21, with a screwed connexion 12 into the part to be lubricated. The pipe from the lubricator is connected to the casing at 3. The space 4 between the valves forms a reservoir of lubricant. A test cock controls an outlet 28.
