[Also in Division A1] In a body which may be a buoy, fishing float, float or fender 2 of plastics material having opposite regions integral with a tubular element 4 extending through the body; a plurality of radially extending circumferentially spaced ribs 10 are moulded to the outside of the body and to the outside of a stub portion 10 of the tubular element 4. A rod 26 threaded through the passage can be held in position by clamp 22 and screw 24.
