An aqueous nitrocellulose slurry having a stock consistency of 0.4% (fibre to water) has a total fibre content composed of 85% nitrocellulose fibres and 15% cellulose fibres. Diphenylamine, present as a stabilizing agent, is 1.75% of the total fibres.
