Abstract
1, 104, 045. Pneumatic control systems. ERNST HEINKEL A. G. June 16, 1965 [July 4, 1964], No. 25429/65. Heading F1X. A balance device for the suppression of undesired oscillations in a pneumatic control arrangement having a signal actuator and a signal receiver inter-connected by conduits 1 and 2 includes at least one additional conduit 12 inter-connecting conduits 1 and 2. Signals from the actuator (not described) act on membranes 5 and 6 which move the head 9 of a pivoted lever arm 10. Conduit 12 is made in telescopic sections (12a), (12b), (12c), Fig. 2 (not shown) which are adjusted to tune out undesired oscillations. Conduits 1 and 2 may have telescopic sections between conduit 12 and the signal receiver and may be formed from flexible hoses with telescopically arranged ends. The arrangement may include guides on slide members to prevent buckling of the flexible conduits during adjustment.
