Abstract

1,103,953. Baking ovens. T. ANDERSSON. 17 May, 1965 [11 Aug., 1964], No. 20787/65. Heading A2A. A baking oven comprises rotatable platform 12 having wheels, rollers or balls 13, on to which platform may be rolled trucks 2 on wheels or rollers 6, containing baking trays 4. The platform 12 is rotated by electric motor 17 via sprockets 16 and 14 and chain 15. The air in the oven is heated by electric elements 7 separated from trucks 2 by perforated plates 8 and 9 and circulated by blower 11.
