[Also in Division E1] A wall or roof component for a building has two spaced face panels 8 and 10, one of the panels comprising a heat insulating material and having projecting from the surface thereof facing the other face panel a plurality of distinct elongated spacer members 10 supporting a further panel 21 between the two face panels; the said spacer members or additional spacer members projecting from the said further panel to support the said other face panel, the arrangements providing a passage for air 9<1> (2) between the said one face panel and the said further panel and a separate passage for air 9<11> (2) between the said further panel and the said other face panel, the said further panel being of low heat-insulating value compared with the said one face panel. Figs. 2 and 4 show further embodiments of the invention in which a plurality of further panels is used.
