Abstract
1,092,725. Magnetic switches. ROBERT BOSCH G.m.b.H. March 11, 1965 [March 12, 1964], No. 10300/65. Heading H2B. A sealed magnetic contact unit is actuated by a permanent magnet whose flux is controlled by a pressure responsive piston. The piston may be constituted by the permanent magnet itself or may carry a magnetic insert which shields the contact unit from the effect of a fixed permanent magnet in certain positions. The piston may be spring biased or, if it is a permanent magnet, may be biased by an adjustable permanent magnet. The spring bias on the piston or position of the contact unit may be adjusted.
