Abstract

1,074,828. Spray carburetters. FICHTEL & SACHS A.G. April 22, 1965 [April 25, 1964], No. 16964/65. Heading F1B. A priming plunger 5 for depressing the float carries a sealing ring 8 which in the normal position of the plunger closes an overflow passage 9. The spring-loaded plunger is covered by a protective sleeve 4, a vent passage 10 opening into the space within the sleeve. The passage 9 is provided to give an indication of when the plunger should be released.
