Abstract
1,043,997. Stabilizing photographic emulsions. GENERALE ANILINE & FILM CORPORATION. April 27, 1964 [May 16, 1963], No. 17283/64. Heading G2C. Diphenyldisulphide-2, 21- or 3, 3<SP>1</SP>- or 4,4<SP>1</SP>- dicarboxylic acid is used as a stabilizer and antifoggant for silver halide emulsions. It may be incorporated into the silver halide emulsion or an adjacent layer or added to a processing solution such as the developer.
