Abstract

1,015,869. Hatch covers. KVAERNER BRUG. A. S. March 23, 1964 [March 22, 1963], No. 12235/64. Heading B7S. Hatch cover sections 2 are each provided with two pairs of running wheels 3, 4 having mutually different flange width (as shown in Fig. 2), each being adapted during stacking and closing movement to co-operate with its own set of rails 7, 6 which are so shaped (as shown in Fig. 1) that the section, while performing a continuous advancing and turning movement is transferred from horizontal into vertical position, or vice versa.
