In a tuning circuit assembly in which a rotary capacitor comprises stator parts 2, housed in a moulded casing 1 and co-operating with rotor parts (not shown) mounted on a spindle, the casing 1 has an open side at which other circuit elements are mounted, within a screening lid 15, on one side of an insulating plate 10 having printed wiring on its other side. Soldering tags 11 pass to the exterior through a recess in the screen 15. A wall 5 screens one capacitor system from an adjacent system, and comprises tags 6 and an apertured lug 8 for securing the plate 10 and the lid 15 respectively to the casing 1, which may be metallized on one surface.
